If they did not have nipples, whats the point? Why do women have brests? So man will talk to them. Why cant men look women in the eyes? Same reason. Just saying.

I'm sure someone can explain the details a bit better.
Up to a certain point, we are all the same in the womb, the sex isn't determined at the point of conception but not until a later point in the developement in the womb
We are all the same in the womb...two eyes, ears, arms, legs, nipples and two glands that when the time is right the chemical/hormonal signal is sent, will be ovaries or testicles. Same for the organ that will be clitoris or penis.

i can shed more light on this, truth is everyone loves breast. as babies our heads were rested on our mothers chest. it a place of security and such. that as the non perverted reason that it's in our subconscious.
the perverted reason well we just want to play with them because they are fascination.

Developmentally speaking, we all start developing as female, and then the Y chromosome converts men's sexual parts into the penis. I forget the exact timing that this conversion takes place, but everyone starts out as feminine. This process is used to explain how someone could be biologically driven to gay or bisexual tendencies.
Functionally speaking, many mammals can have their male counter parts develop fully functioning breasts during times that it is needed, such as when the female dies. Also, men can lactate if they spend an extraordinary amount of time with their pregnant mate, as the female hormones can overpower the male's hormones.

OH FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!! we love boobs because we don't have em'...they are fun to play with , fun to look at , and fun to compare....men have legs. we have a face, we have a butt.....but we don't have boobs,they are amazing works of art that god put on amazing creatures called women, and for me anyways don't wreck a life long love of breasts by bringing science into it..........so I geuss it's obvious I'm a boob man? oh shit your right Kiss I do have nipples....never noticed...
