QUOTE (freensleazy @ September 14, 2012, 16:46)It's a studio produced CD of 10 of my original songs. Some amazingly talented guys that lent me their time and talent for which I am VERY grateful. They made it into something that sounds better than I could ever have imagined!
Am I credited for my genius contributions?

Re: Absentia
I didn't think spell check would be the problem. If you'd only entitled it to be me and Free and had Kiss supply the cover art with a collage of her pics; you'd have a run on your cd. Everyone loves a combo-- great music and beautiful photo art. You couldn't miss.

QUOTE (sybianwatcher1 @ September 4, 2012, 18:36) QUOTE (newbie1011 @ September 4, 2012, 02:55)When people steal from you guys it does effect us in the long run. I have a particular issue with thieves and liars. I do understand the people that are desperate and sometimes have no choice when they have to feed their family. Although those truly with no choice are rare. I bet if someone came to you and said he needed to feed his family you would find some work for him to do to get him what he needed. Most people would. When people steal it costs us all. I'm glad it worked out for you. I always trade work for beef, and have found that the first nations people in this area , are more than willing to do so, if I lose a beef cow that is butchered in the bush, I tend to look the other way, as I am constantly loosing them to wolves anyway. But if I'm approached by a man just trying to feed his family, and is desperate, I admire his honesty, and the fact he's swallowed his pride, and will trade two hundred in firewood for a 1600 dollar beef cow.
Glad to hear you have this outlook on life. Far too many are overly concerned about "it's mine". They have forgotten or have never been in that position.

Re: Absentia
Thank you.....I don't know what it's like personally to go without food for long periods of time, but the older generation in my family does very well, and I grew up hearing the stories. As they have aged, after ww2 , I have witnessed the long term health effects they are now suffering, besides this is North America , and children shouldn't have to worry about where their next meal is.
