Absentia
For all of you who may have been missing my purls of wisdom, incredible insight on social issues, brilliant commentary on current events mixed with an appropriate amount of spot on witticism, I apologize. I have been tied up, and will be for a few more days, doing something that is very near and dear to my heart. Ive been waiting to do this for a long time and right now, Im having a hard time catching my breath. I can barely speak. There is only one member ere who knows exactly what I'm speaking about and I know that she'll wait for me to come back before I spill. However, I will say this - it's made me very satisfied and I cant wait to do it again. It excites more of my senses than I can possibly put into words.

I'm not fishing at what your doing,I can tell you ,theres nothing that compares to playing the blues for me when I have my groove on,I loose the outside world.I am suffering right now tho,as My fret hand I cant feel my little finger,and my ring finger is loosing its feeling too.Im devastated in regards to playing my guitar  /...

I just jumped on for a minute to see what was going on ans saw the comment about you quitting drinking and me starting. You have no idea how scary this world would be if I ever started drinking. Just imagine me amplified....
Free I hope whatever it is you are doing is as great as you have always dreamed. So many times the dream is better than the reality. It's great when you find that few that the dream is as great as the dream or better.

I assumed you hadnt seen that remark because I knew you would have had a remark.
And yes, this is coming out better than I even imagined. Ive been talking about doing this for the last 3 or 4 years, but never realized how bad the recession was going to effect me. And when this is done, I'll be ready to do 4 or 5 more. But, it's all about cash. Never in my life did I think that at the stage of life I'm at that I'd be in this position. I literally got wiped out

Oh Free, being wiped out would have been an upgrade for me a few years ago. So far down, had to look uo to see down. Going back up, comes from with in, ONLY. Trust me on that one. I am now qualified to lose it all, and have it all back in 6 months to a year. When your ship comes in, just remember us little ppl. (And my commision, lol). Best to you.

Could be cubital tunnel syndrome...first cousin to carpal tunnel. It's a pinched nerve in your elbow (your funny bone, but not funny). The nerve runs to the little finger and ring finger. I've had it for about 6 or 7 years, but i don't play guitar. Fingers almost always feel numb.

Free sorry for using your post for my own use , but I'm in a little bit of a hurry.It seems some local ranchers , including myself have "lost" some cattle, and they are turning up in auctions down south.Most cattle are still branded here, as we are on open range, making them very easy to track. We have found their camp, and found where they load them, and expect them in the mountains again this long weekend...I will be absent awhile. See you when I get back....and yes, I'm pissed off enough to call in my crazy cousins for help.

Unfortunately, no. The wife of one of the guys I was working with needed emergency surgery and was hospitalized for quite a while. And they have younger kids so he had to run the house, hospital visits and work, so he didnt have the time to work on it. He sent me a text the other day and said he may have it done by this weekend, but I'm not holding my breath

Man I'm sorry to hear that,don't tell me what it is I can wait,I just know if something gets between me and my guitar ,I get cranky,I should send you a pic of my antique master electric dude its soooo wierd ,remember the whammy bars that tightened the bridge instead of slacking it.OMG its a true time capsule guitar.It looks like elvis may have used it early on,blue metalflake and huge white fiberglass weve on the back...OMG that thing makes me smile just explaining it...lmfao..Anyways Hope it gets back on track for you,I hate to see a fellow musician jonesing. We got them...caught them loading up 40 cattle, and nobody left with any extra holes in them,now we'll wait for the court case

Agricultural theft is common, I tend to look the other way when it's a poor family trying to feed themselves, but in my case, over a dozen organic beef tends to hurt the bottom line. People who steal any kind of food , on a large scale, are very organized, and think the producer has plenty, and won't miss it anyway. The ironic thing is they are taking food from the farmers mouth and making 100% profit.Theft is theft no matter what it is, and they knew the type of people they were stealing from, and what the consequences may be if they were to be caught. Their greed caught up to them, because they came back for a third helping ....and picked the wrong guy to steal from, happily there was no violence, and they were very co-operative....anyway this is way of topic.....again thanks free for letting me use this post, as I was in a hurry and my sluggish equipment would have taken to long to create a new post, and i believed I may have been away for some time, as it turned out I wasn't , and the end was , thankfully very undramatic.

When people steal from you guys it does effect us in the long run. I have a particular issue with thieves and liars. I do understand the people that are desperate and sometimes have no choice when they have to feed their family. Although those truly with no choice are rare. I bet if someone came to you and said he needed to feed his family you would find some work for him to do to get him what he needed. Most people would.When people steal it costs us all. I'm glad it worked out for you.

I always trade work for beef, and have found that the first nations people in this area , are more than willing to do so, if I lose a beef cow that is butchered in the bush, I tend to look the other way, as I am constantly loosing them to wolves anyway.But if I'm approached by a man just trying to feed his family, and is desperate, I admire his honesty, and the fact he's swallowed his pride, and will trade two hundred in firewood for a 1600 dollar beef cow.

It's a studio produced CD of 10 of my original songs. Some amazingly talented guys that lent me their time and talent for which I am VERY grateful. They made it into something that sounds better than I could ever have imagined!
