I have to admit
Early last year, we were all talking about and laughing at Charlie Sheen's apparent total meltdown. The name of his current sitcom on FX, Anger Management, seemed to sound like a further rant. Even the promotions stated "funnier than the current Two and A Half Men". But after all, its crazy old Charlie so I figured "what the hell, I'll give it a shot". Well, I have to say, it's a pretty damn good show. It has a big cast of b list TV personalities. The whole thing works. One of the better sitcoms I've seen in a very long time.

Re: I have to admit
I think the success of Two and a Half Men was the fact that Sheen wasn't really acting, he was just being himself which made you kinda relate to him, and he will most likley pull this off again. As long as he can keep his substance abuse under control, and his lack of judgement off the general media, nobody wants to see a spoiled , rich actor loose his mind for real ,in their own living room. I for one, have always enjoyed his sense of humour.

Like same Syb. Like who wants to watch millionaires play? Answer: Us. We call it pro sports. NFL, NBA, etc. First time I saw that "70' Show", I thought it sucked. Then got into it, and it became a fave. Filmed in front of a live audience. Great acting. "The Golden Girls", great lines. NEVER would have watched it before. Sitcoms, have to be exeotional before I watch them. Oh, throw "Mork and Mindy" and "Alf" in there too.

Re: I have to admit
Agreed Perve. Never liked That 70 Show when it was "live", but I watch it all the time now. Just seeing the show makes it look like the people acting in it were having a blast. Not enormously funny, but it boiled down to smokin pot, BURN, doin it, and a foot in the ass! That was the premise for the whole show.
