Re: Re: Anxiety?
QUOTE (Chazzy @ June 6, 2012, 15:51)We're all mutated freaks really, we just prefer to call ourselves "unique individuals"....does bounce of the ears better.
Before we, any of us contribute inbred or cousin marrying to any stereotype, we should realize that in each of us is some ancient history from a village or tribe where inter family marriage was an only option.
Cousinfuckers? I've unfortunately known a few, they come from all walks, all backgrounds and they are literally someone who sees no ethical conflict with gettin' all partied up and fucking a cousin. It is not a trait of any race or culture, it is any person who's moral compass points that-away.
My genetic mutation? Some of my left internal organs did not fully develop while in the womb. Nothing hereditary, nothing my mother did, just a mutation that happens to some women. Good point And I agree with your viewpoint Chazzy. My genetic shortcoming is Not leaving enough lead time when i think of saying something and spitting it out for all to hear, its always been my shortcoming the good news is there help its called a 'Moron Speech Filter' I am being fitted for one very soon lol.hope they have one that looks good when im riding my old HD lol..Did i mention no helmet law in michigan yet,, YAY i wont have to worry about leaving home without it again ,lol

I thought of this earlier, but had doubts regarding posting. My right ear does not match my left ear. It is completely different and an inch shorter.
While visting friends, I learned Julie did a paper regarding the same thing in college? Supposedly they were to be symetrical?
See why I questioned posting!!!!

Chazzy, back in thr beginning, that cousin deal, is what I was refering to. I was almost driven to tears when read it. Ha ha kind. Well, I have to admit (we are all friends here, right?) Ok. Along with my 3 arms, and one eye in the back of my head, I have what seems to be a third leg between the other two as well. Just appears to very stunted though. Thank you, and SHUT UP!

Not everyone is the same and we all know that. I do laugh at myself rather often and like to see others that can too.
Newbie, you need to reread what you originally wrote.
I did reread my post and maybe I'm missing something that you see. I was trying to clarify but didn't apologize. Either way the point is that we all have our "things to deal with" in life and we can all chose to deal with them in different ways.
My family, Kam and many others I know choose to deal with many of the things that are thrown at us with humor. It works for us. I don't get offended to easily and don't worry about "politically correct" nonsense. I do know that people have different experiences due to many variables in life.
I chose to teach my children to laugh and move on instead of being a victim to bullies and idiots that are to ignorant to understand the complexities of medical diagnoses, and it has worked well for them. If they do get bullied we have found that most bullies back off when they realize they can't get under your skin.
I would like my children to be examples of what you can accomplish even with a so called learning "disability". My children have excelled to a point that they each have been accepted into pilot advanced programs in high school and colleges . My youngest is doing her senior year as a senior in high school in advanced placement and honors classes as well as taking 18 college credits at the same time. Both my sons did similar things in a different area of study and each were the first to do such at the time. They are not what you would consider the stereotypical book worm either. They all have varied interest including music, sports and each have a great sense of humor. As I stated many times and I believe Kam did as well. Having ADD, ADHD or CAPD or any other acronym does not have to be a "disability" at all and yes I will continue to joke about it.You shouldn't take it as an attack on you because it isn't an attack at all, weather it be you or anyone else.
If you're angry about the way you were treated (and you have every right to be)then you should be angry at the people that treated you poorly and unprofessionally not everyone or anyone else.

From your pic, you seem to be evenly proportioned. That is, the part above the waist is about the same and the lower part.
I'm pretty much the same. Oh, about the arm length? Remember how much easier it is to fix stuff with those.

I think it may be due to being half native American? My friend is half Seminole, and I noticed this on his frame. I think maybe his forearms are longer. There is definitely a different make-up on him, and not sure if anyone else ever noticed. I think I can see it in his kids, too.

It means either they writer couldn't come up with real words for the song or the guy singing it either could pronounce the words he did come up with or couldn't remember them and the director got tired of doing retakes so he kept it in the movie rather than go over budget.

I have read or heard that the first newcomers to America thought the natives were gorgeous, they thought they were absolutely the most beautiful people they had ever seen and even made comments in journals about how good they smelled. However, the natives commemts about the newcomers were quite the opposite... ugly and smelly.

When you think that we preserve food even today with smoke, they were bang on,they also lived on the ground alot, and had to be fairly hygenic, and know their enviroments herbs and plants to 'purify" themselves,we have had scientists out here gathering traditional indian herbs for study in their labs. They may have been living in the stone age,and not had the wheel, before we got here, but they were a very ,very, far cry from primitive,oh and back on topic, across north america the first nations people,in most of the thousands of different languages...did not ..have a word for anxiety
