Re: Clothing Optional Gyms
I don't think so. I managed a gym many years ago and I know the board of health would go nuts if people took their clothes off. They are pretty strict about clean equipment , hot tubs , pools etc. I also do not recommend you work out nude. Clothing protects you in many ways. As for sweating and you clothes sticking to you, try different clothes. You have to find what works for you. Some like loose , some tight some stretchy some not. My son likes under-armor. I find it annoying. You have to take into account what equipment you are using as well as how it fits and what its made of. Good luck, and keep up the good work, but do it with clothes on.lol

Re: Clothing Optional Gyms
A lot of gym wear is made with a "dry weave" label, they "wick away" moisture.
They are nice! I have a couple of very nice looking yoga tops, (from a female point of view here of course) they have built in support, fit snuggly, but are cool and very comfortable. Great for summer.
One brand of mens wear makes "wicking" t-shirts. Hanes, fruit of the loom, I forget which brand, maybe both.
It may cost ya, but if you love working out, buy some garmemts designed for it.

Hi chunky,I know this likely wont help but I wear 100% cotton loose fitting tee and sweats when i work out, and it ends up almost soaked through, but it doesnt gross me out because of the cotton,it just adds to my laundry task..I have the luxury of having my fitness center at home that really helps me..

Re: Clothing Optional Gyms
Of course you wouldnt want to wear a yoga top, I'm just saying that do sell and make gym clothes for both sexes that keep you dry and cool while working out.
