I'm also finding that Perry Cline's romantic obsession with Roseanna in the series most likely to be a fabrication. Since no one knows for sure what was said or thought in privacy maybe he did have a infactuation with her, but records show that Cline was married to Martha McCoy and they had 8 children. Perry died first in 1891 but his wife lived until to see the 1900's
