Extraordinary vs Extra Ordinary
As I mentioned in another thread,I goggle everything! I could be doing anything from reading to chatting on the phone and these stupid thoughts go through my head. So this time it was the word "extraordinary". I was wondering if the correct way to pronounce this would be "Extra Ordinary". Turns out No it isn't and I have been saying it correctly. However it started to make me think of the words when written "Extra Ordinary" and how the meaning is so different.So now I have to goggle why that is the case. I already know the basic answer is because the English language is stupid and confusing and someone is laughing about it somewhere in the heavens.
The other day is was another word. And then there are the phrases as "For all intense and purposes" or "for all incentive purposes" Both being expressions I have heard many times in my life and every time I ask about it, the person saying it (No matter which way they say it) claims they are right.
Many times reading a book I will goggle the word or if on my kindle I can look at all things about a word with a tap of a finger. (This is actually a bad thing for a person like me who gets side tracked by looking things up. Sometimes I look things up because I know the meaning but want to see the ACTUAL VERBIAGE of the definition. Or pronunciation, or a bunch of other reasons. OK, so now you know why it takes me so long to read a book.
I might look up something like, a book that was mentioned in a book. Or something I saw on TV. I might look up dates or something mentioned from a historical event or time to learn more about it than a passing line in a book or show.
Another thing is what we were talking about in another thread. We mentioned Ben Wa balls and I wanted to know if men use them for pleasure as well.So I went to goggle.
I know Chazzy is a huge Internet searcher like I am because she has started many threads about it.
I wonder how much time people spend researching stupid little stuff like I do. Also what do you think the strangest thing you ever goggled was? Have you ever stumped it? Has there ever been anything you goggled that you wouldn't want anyone to know about? Come on, I know you have watched news shows where they say things like "We found he has been going to web sites to build a bomb or learn how to do" whatever crime they were accused of.And you had to say to yourself, "They have websites like that? I have to see this" But somewhere in the back of your mind you are thinking OMG what if someone saw my history and found out I was on that site...I better not do it."
I guess the Internet has it's advantages and I know why some people say it can be dangerous or addicting. I can't imagine not having my computer and Internet access.What would I do if I couldn't search things?

It is amazing how much I use the net for info,Alot of times Being a Mechanic and DIY,i rely on it to get a better understanding of things I am new too.my latest passion is Kite boarding,I met a Proffessor form a nearby college thats into it,she showed me some of the basics on friday evening at the beach, am off googling where to buy one, geez all i need is one more hobby  ..

newbs I have a set,,Dont use them on myself,bought them for a ladyfriend, to help with keigel (pc muscle exersize)not sure is spelled rite,I shoulda googled it lmfao,was gonna post a pic of them but cant find my balls.oh yea that sounded wrong..

Onehornee, I am always trying new things with Kam. We are both open minded enough to try things we are curious about without judgment somethings work out some dont and we just laugh.The picture of what's in his hand on his profile is an example of what didn't work out. They looked smaller in the picture when he ordered them.lol
I don't know if I need any help with those muscles, you would need to ask Kam. I figure it cant hurt. The reason I'm curious is for the feel not the muscle control. lol

We get together as often as possibly.And I know Kam always things outside the box. It can be funny and at times scary when we will be doing something and I will hear "hhmmm".I know he just had a thought that will either scare the hell out of me or give me the best orgasm of my life. I would like to apologize to OOMG. If to, two and too being mixed up and "I used to" vs "I use to", then I can only imagine what my errors and mutilation to the English language do to you.I know I try to catch myself when I do the "your" and "you're" thing. That's a common error as well. I actually know the difference yet still make that mistake.I confuse spell check so often it's sad.
I had to laugh once when I came across this sign at Beta Field, a small airport in Atlantic city that is no longer there. "Lady's room" The person I was with was a teacher and just cracked up laughing. I said maybe they call the women that works here Lady and that's her personal bathroom. Anyway I looked this up on goggle just because I do that and I am pasting what I found because it was just funny!......

Ladies room is not possessive, so it is not technically correct.
Lady's room is okay if there is only one lady that uses it; lady is singular and the 's makes it possessive: A lady lives here. This is her room. It is the lady's room.
