That's ok. I think I can scrape pieces together. Trying to tie in an electric lawn mower motor, is the engineering issue. May scrap for a low rpm furnace motor, with a variable speed switch and armiture type setup.

well i'm sure you've already tried to modify a reciprocating saw with a "toy" epoxied on the end,it kinda works on the same principal as that.Just make sure you use a greasable pittman arm,we wouldn't want Newbs to get to much friction from all the working parts.Also make sure you mount grab handles onto the floor,using # 6 lag bolts ,and remove any furniture that may cause a hazard,there is alot of inertia generated toward the end of the ride, oh and don't take all the filthy language personally, she is just cursing at the machine...

Well i used to ride real bulls for a short time and 8 seconds was the target time..let me know how your test study goes...although it may have a seat that she may never fall off of.. and remember watch for smoke,and if you can manage it ...we want film
