Ranch for Sale........."Cheap"
1400 private acres with 1500 acre government graze lease..that is impossible to manage cows on because of the so called pristine beauty of the mountains, that catch fire weekly.350 head sprinkler system that freezes solid in the beginning of freakin' May,and run by a 12 horse pump that whines constantly to drive you into insanity,..oh ya..and needs a rebuild this year ,piece of shit pump is worth 1200 bucks, but costs 1400.00 to rebuild!!. 22 horses that eat to much , bite , kick, and love to see the vet at 70.00 an hour, and don't like to be shod .....ever.....Ranch comes with, 2 old broken down John Deere tractors that might start when you want them too,and only half the equipment fits onto them.Old, New Holland bailer that spurts out half bales at regular intervals, old New Holland rake that has only half the teeth still attached and shoots rocks real good toward the poor guy operating the tractor.Ranch also comes with 138 lb. rotweiller that will sleep at the foot of your bed and disgust any overnite geusts you have by his habit of snoring and farting all night, then waking you up in the morning at 5 :15 with a drooling fit on your face.Any reasonable offers considered.......please purchase my nightmare.... any offers can be made to the owner ,the big ,depressed ,drunk guy ,sitting front row at the local peeler bar.....Sy

I'm no marketing expert, but I think you'll get more interest if you mention the deer and the antelope playing, and have less discouraging words...

Re: Ranch for Sale........."Cheap"
Your ranch sound like my house on a much larger scale. I walked out side and looked at the broken gutter hanging down and grass that already looks like it should be at a deserted house somewhere and Then looked at the broken lawnmower and thought YEP the joys of being of homeowner. I can't stand it.I don't get people that like doing yard work and home repairs. I have a neighbor that spends EVERY weekend from daylight to past sundown working on his lawn and house. First I want to blow up his mower and leaf blower because it is never off and it wakes me up. Besides that I just wonder don't these people have a life? They work then they are a slave to their home. They only way its great is if you can afford to pay others to do things for you.

There are some advantages to not having neighbors. I had a house in the woods with no neighbors in hearing or seeing range and I had a house in the city where our neighbors were a few feet away. Most times I prefer the house in the woods.
