What's your therapy?
So what do you do to get you through the bad times? What gets you out of your "blue funk"?

This may sound silly, but I've found that the best way to put a smile on my face is for me to put one on someone elses face. Do good, you get good back.

I make plans moving forward. Short, medium and long-term to eliminate that situation from future possibilities. Knowing I will not be there again cheers me up right away.

My life is a bad time, so I kinda got use to it. Talking to people like you make the days seem better. If only you lived nextdoor

Making plans includes considering the consequences of the actions in the rough draft of the planning stage too.
Don't go off half-cocked and your plans won't end up that way.

Actually we have a 28ft self contained travel trailer on the other side of the property we use for a guest house...if you want to get loud or stay longer than a hour.

But won't that cause an early and sudden migration of some of the local wildlife there? I hate to upset an ecosystem, they are delicately balanced

Re: What's your therapy?
No..just send home some of the summertime city people..big deal. All the wildlife are stoned from all the pot plants they ate so they don't care....but don't bend over outside....

Re: What's your therapy?
Pretty much like Deye, it usually just sucks anyway so I got used to it. I work on a car usually. Or play the piano. Although I sit at WN these days and read profiles and check out pictures. Too many hours doing that but I usually forget my problems for that time!!
