well i have not heard of this but i have some experiance in mold making and casting...so first make sure you use a mold release agent that won;t irritate your skin,and lots of it.once the mother mold is done probably from plaster ,make sure you use another release agent,so your casting cleanly is released from your positive mold.i'm not sure what medium your using to "create "your toy but make sure it is a safe for your partner to "use"....make sure you mix all two part mediums well as you can have a semi-cured agent that may be harmful to your partner ,as in there liquid form they can be poisonous..
