Happy?!
Here's a wildly simple, profoundly interesting question: At what age are you happiest?
33 is the happiest age, study says.
"[That age] is enough time to have shaken off childhood naivety and the wild scheming of teen-aged years without losing the energy and enthusiasm of youth," Donna Dawson, a psychologist, told Fox's Washington, D.C., affiliate. "Innocence has been lost, but our sense of reality is mixed with a strong sense of hope, a 'can do' spirit, and a healthy belief in our own talents and abilities."
"It's the sex, definitely," Christine Possemato, a 35-year-old from Springfield, N.J., told the New York Daily News. "You're hitting your stride. You're a lot more confident.

Re: Happy?!
The stats may be a bit deceiving given the vaiables. I believe "happy", is arbitrary to the individual. For instance, when one is first married, struggling to make a living, being in a new life change, but look back in it now, and that may have been your personal happy. Only speaking for myself, my happiness is with in, settled and comfortable with who I am, and where I am at. Regrets? Duh, yes. But in rhetrospect, there was very little I would have changed. Old story, my life with my late gf, I was beyond happy. Indescribably. Much older than the "average" age. Our differences in happy, and all else, is great huh?

Life is like a shit sandwich. The more bread ya got, the less shit ya gotta eat. Money does not buy hapiness, but you can rent it by the hour.

I do not recall experiencing any heightened state of euphoria at that specific chronological period in my existence.

Re: Happy?!
I heard about that study and laughed.
I think everyone can have a different opinion of what happy is. I think at times when you are at your most content , that can be the happiest time. The thing is there are to many things in my life to say what was my happiest. At one point it was when I got married. At another it was when I got divorced from that same man. Of course I was thrilled when I had my kids. I also loved going through life with them.Seeing my children accomplish their goals makes me so happy I can't begin to tell you. There is no way I could pick a time I can say that was my happiest. You know I thrilled to be with Kam every second we are together but I can't tell you if it is better than another happy time in my life. It is definitely up there as one of the many happiest times.

Re: Happy?!
My happiest time, as a youngin' in the summer. Out the door early in the morning on my bike and would be gone till sundown. Down the little dirt roads and walk in the woods.
