Well, don't I have a big day ahead of me
I've got five full bags of trash at the curb for pick up, and hubs tells me his wallet (last seen on the kitchen table) is missing.

Re: Well, don't I have a big day ahead of me
Coffee, coffee, and maybe a little more coffee. I need to hit the grocery store, (no food), and the bank (today or tomorrow). It is overcast and rainy today and yesterday. I have not done homework in 2 days due to personal issues. Time to get my head back in it.

Ahh!!! Found the waller in the second bag of garbage. That's a load off my mind.

Re: Well, don't I have a big day ahead of me
when my oldest daughter was little, she was just learning to walk, she picked up both mine, and my wife's keys, and threw them in the kitchen trash. luckily, it was the day before the garbage man came. we got up for work, and couldn't find them. we searched high and low, and finally, there they were in the bottom the trash can.

Re: Well, don't I have a big day ahead of me
I do hate having to go through the trash for something lost.
Since hubs is home, he's getting a bit bored and wanted to help out around the house, I did tell him that if he kept the kitchen table cleaned off, it would be a huge help.
It's not so helpful afterall.

Re: Well, don't I have a big day ahead of me
My oldest used to take anything small he could grab and hide them when he was little. We tried to never take our eyes off him. He was walking at 9 months old and would climb out over the rail of his crib when he woke up. I had to put a motion sensor on his door so it would alarm if he was up and out of his bed. I Have spent more time looking for keys, jewelry, small toys, brushes etc.because of him.
