No, he is not Van Damme. Matter of fact, I was hesistant to tell you that guy has since died. Andy Whitfield, died on 11 September 2011, Sydney, Australia (non-Hodgkin's lymphoma). He was 40 years old.

That show airs on Starz network. Unfortunately I don't get it. I keep saying I will check it out on-line but haven't gotten to it. I have been told its really good. I will have to check it out on one of my nights when I can't sleep.

its on netflix, we are stating a new season .watched one yesterday called "whore" u wouldn't think ladies could be that vicious, Spartacus is been payed to service a rich lady,turns out the madam set him up, their having this wild cat in heat sex ,both everyone wearing masks, no kissing now just balling lol this other gal come along in the midle of it and blows her cover. next thing ya know the one chic grabs the other and smashes her head on the marble floorr, busted her head wide open , and blood everywere and i didnt neeed the close up of her head either....

I read an interview by Lucy Lawless regarding the first season and pre-qual. Seems she is not fond of the fight scenes she must do. And, I was surprised to read Crixus, Manu Bennett, played rugby, studied classical ballet & piano.

Well, I guess Spartacus has a new face? I watched, or tried to watch last night. I am failing to see a storyline. What I am seeing is what appears to be the same scenes over and over again. Gratuitous fighting, blood, sex, and the royals. You know, "same shit ... different day".
