Re: How much will she get?
How did she break in line?
I think she should have to eat McDonald's food everyday for the rest of her life, and nothing else (morning, noon, and night) till the day she dies.

Re: How much will she get?
i would have taken her order, and charged her an extra $50 for cutting in line, telling her that she just bought lunch for the cars behind her.

Re: How much will she get?
I would need to know why they stun gunned her. I am starting to see that police are using them a bit to freely. They are meant for when you have an out of control person who can't be subdued in a less aggressive way. There are times they should use them but from the basic description here I would say no. Hand cuff her and drag her to jail. But because this will be an excessive use of force case, she will make a fortune from whatever city that is.There is no law against being an asshole and that will be the lawyers argument.
I had a women cut me off by coming in an exit in the back of a back (It was a drive up bank window). It was a very long line and I was 8 months pregnant. I walked in front of her car and told the bank teller to call the police because there was no way I was moving if they didn't take me before that bitch. The teller agreed but she just said she didn't know what to do. The idiot that cut in line got out of her car to scream at me. I guess she didn't realize that a pregnant NY'r is nuts. So I took her plate number and screamed back for a few minutes but wouldn't move. Finally the bank manager told her to leave or get on the back of the line. When I got home I get a phone call from the police. This bitch was the wife of a cop. (He was stupid enough to tell me.)So he starts threatening me blah... blah....I let him finish and said "Now if your done I'm going to let you know what I am going to do. I am calling your boss and telling him how you first abused your position by running my plate because your wife was a bitch. Then I''m filing a formal complaint asking you asking you be fired for not just running my plate illegally but threatening an 8 month along pregnant women that has witness to both the initial incident with your wife and this conversation."He just hung up. I called his boss, filed the complaint. The idiot cop did have to call and apologize. He boss assured me this would never happen again and I would not ever have to worry about harassment from that officer or any other in that town and the complaint stays in his file.I have a great respect for the police in general. Unfortunately there are those few that do abuse their power and don't belong on the force.
Moral of the story....Be careful who you cut off in line. It might be me.

Re: How much will she get?
The things that go on at a MacDonald's!
If they removed all reality programs that have to do with Alaska, Gold mining, Bad girls, real housewives, pawn shops, vehicle repossessing, storage unit auctions and just used MacDonald's surveillance videos, we just might have some exciting high drama back on TV.

Re: How much will she get?
Truth is I've heard all the crude reality shows are cheaper to make than any decent programming. And, our society seems to eat them up. Don't you hear the sound of morals been flushed down toilet..... SWUSHHHHHHHHH !!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Re: How much will she get?
Reality shows have nothing to do with reality. Do you really think that the shows are to blame for the decline in so called morality ( I say that as a woman trolling an adult sexually oriented web site.)? They find the most ridiculous people and then put them on the air for their fifteen seconds (It used to be minutes but it has become seconds these days) of fame. People watch them because there is a natural curiosity to watch a train wreck. Yes, they are much cheaper to produce and still pull in a lot of advertising dollars . TV is a business.

Yes, I guess that is what I am saying. What I didn't say is reality shows are reality.

Re: How much will she get?
Morality hasn't changed as much as people think if you look back in history. What has changed is the way we see what happens and the speed the information gets out. Technology has made everything visible to more people, but there really isn't anything going on that hasn't been going on since the beginning of time.Just now if you do something most likely someone caught you on a camera phone, security camera or other piece of technology and either posts it online or sells it to the highest bidder or both.People have always behaved badly.

And so I agree! There is the category of programming referred to as "situation comedy" but just because it contains the word comedy, doesn't mean it's that funny.
