Re: Who's With Me?
Whats your cause? lol I can't afford to occupy walmart. I buy to much shit when I go there.
He isn't kidding I drag him there. He is not a big fan. It's not that I'm a fan of the store. It's that I hate paying more for something that is the exact same thing in another store. Besides they are the only store open 24 hours here so I can avoid going when most of the idiots are there.Lines are much shorter at 2am.

Re: Who's With Me?
I dont know what the cause is, but it's our right to start one. When and if I figure it out, I probably still not be able to figure it out, but it's time to make a stand!
BTW, I HATE going to Walmart! But lets keep that off the record. Got any coats? Tents? Food? Toilet paper?

1. Americans spend $36,000,000 at Wal-Mart Every hour of every day.
2. This works out to $20,928 profit every minute!
3. Wal-Mart will sell more from January 1 to St. Patrick's Day (March 17th) than Target sells all year.
4. Wal-Mart is bigger than Home Depot + Kroger + Target +Sears + Costco + K-Mart combined.
5. Wal-Mart employs 1.6 million people, is the world's largest private employer, and most speak English.
6. Wal-Mart is the largest company in the history of the world.
7. Wal-Mart now sells more food than Kroger and Safeway combined, and keep in mind they did this
in only fifteen years.
8. During this same period, 31 big supermarket chains sought bankruptcy.

10. Wal-Mart has approx 3,900 stores in the USA of which 1,906 are Super Centers; this is 1,000 more than it had five years ago.

I've had very good usage out of Wal-Mart batteries. Mainly because they're NOT made by Excide.
All those stores that closed were mainly part of some huge Grocery warehouse. Some small ones too.

Re: Who's With Me?
My local WalMart is eliminating it's door greeters as of Monday. That means no help securing electronic shopping carts if needed. No help on any inquiries coming into the store, etc. I'm sure they are eliminating other things too. My WalMart is a super WalMart, and it is horrible. We had a wonderful WalMart years ago, they closed that location moved a few blocks east into another mall location and built this ridiculous store. If I joined Occupy WalMart, I'd occupy it with the intentions of kicking the crap outta any WalMart executive that thinks these new store policies are improving the store and benefiting it's patrons. With no door greeters.. I look to see shoplifting start to rise and the store security will certainly get a workout more now than ever. I was taught that above all things, never dishonor your family name. Well the Waltons, and not the good night John-boy ones, really are dishonoring the memory of their father by dragging the family name down by allowing such poor store policies to dictate how they line their pockets with all the cash of the hard working people who shop at their stores.
