Why Is It That........
Even though I registered my phone number with the Federal Government's "National Do Not Call List" to prevent telemarketer's annoying calls from coming in, I still get annoying calls from Politicians? I get at least one per day!

Political, Non-profit and companies you have done business with are all allowed to call you. Although if you notify the companies to stop they have to. You can report all others but most don't bother. It is also harder to track them because they use software to hide the real numbers. You should write down the time ,date of the call and report it. I know you can dial a number to lock it in with the phone company as well if you dial before someone else calls and then they can track many of these calls.I never understood why someone that pisses me off thinks I would buy anything from them but that's just me.

they can call for surveys too....you would think that when a sign up that it means no calls from anyone ....

Our town has a no knock list. Its a $1,500 fine if a solicitor comes to bug me. Sorry but I have to last because I have had several people including delivery guys that were confused by the sticker on my door that says this. I actually saw a guy standing at my door so I opened to ask what he wanted. He was delivering something but was afraid to knock.lmao The best was he was confused because my bell was broken so he just didn't know what to do.
