BE POLITE
If you check someones profile and they respond by saying hello to you because they saw you checking them out. Be polite and answer back. They may be what you are looking for after all. We all check people's profiles and a small responce is not committing to anything just being polite.

Sometimes when I check out a profile and don't like it or feel that it may not be a true one I wont reply to mail and while that may seem rude I have learned that some guys don't take too kindly to some one saying " No thank you". I have had this experience myself sure even sometimes when you don't reply you will still be hounded by mail by people. so it may be that people just don't want the hassle or trouble that no thank you brings so they just choose to ignore.

Rude/ignore, happens to me a lot. I just blow it off, and try to have dialog with the real people in the forums. Besides, most members come and go so fast here, it's just nothing to be concerned with.

You have a good point but i think a "No Thanks" works better. The sender justs wants to know that you at least read what they sent.

You know, I've avoided posting in this thread for personal reasons. If you want to talk polite, it encompasses so much more than this statement.
It is amazing how some do not recall being impolite, dismissing you, and then wonder WHY you refuse to speak to them?

I'm with you Kiss. I love when someone was an ass then they forgot about it and expect you to be sweet to them.lol
It is difficult to keep up with all the emails and notes there is no way I can passably keep up with PM's and also keep up with everyone that checks my profile.
Most that know me , know that I TRY to answer every email from a person unless I say I'm not interested in a nice way and then they get stupid. I also have started ignoring the emails that I refer to as "mass emailers". These are the guys that send the generic. "Hey I read your profile and I think you're hot. I'm horny wanna cam or chat?" Then send a picture of their cock.
I especially love it when I know they sent that same email to everyone or to me in duplicate 4 times in 2 to 4 nights. They also obviously have not read or at least can't comprehend my profile because if they did they would not have sent that email to me.
Then there are the guys who don't even put that much effort they just say "Are you wet?" lmao I always think , With all that effort they sure turned me on.
Seriously there is no way we can win. If we answer them all we would need a secretary. Even if we do they say we are rude. Wick you have seen some of the craziness when we even jump into a chat room. Do you think we can really keep up with everyone and do you really think that even if we did the guys would all be nice about a not interested response? I was called all kinds of names because I said I wasn't interested on more than one occasion.Even when Kam is in the room and they see me chatting with him openly guys will say and do amazing things when I say I'm not interested in them .Trust me there is no winning in this.

It is true. Sometimes the kindest thing we (women) can do is not reply at all.
Just one polite reply of "No thank you" can just encourage a flood of follow up messages like "Why not?"... "What's wrong with me?" ... " What are you looking for then?"..."I bet I can change your mind if you give me the chance?"...
and it just goes on and on...
Sometimes not replying is the polite thing to do.
I don't expect the women to full of etiquette when the men don't understand or accept the polite social cues. It's not that the women are rude, it's that the etiquette norms just don't cut it on an adult site.
