I believe it is January 6th when the 12 days of Christmas are over, or the day after Epiphany. I believe it is also called Little Christmas.

Correct, 12th Night it is called in the UK. It is considered bad luck to have any Christmas decorations up after this.
P.S. I doubt that there are many real candles in use anymore (too much Health & Safety and not enough Elf!!) - certainly none in the UK.

Oh yeah, I hear about that...my brit hubs still kinda freaks on me every year when I leave the decorations up till the end of January.
