Since early in 2004. Not sure what you mean by a "genuine" member though. There's free members and VIP Members (paid). Being VIP gives you access to features that arent available to free members. The best way to get to know people is by visiting the chatrooms and posting in the forums. Welcome and enjoy!

Webnaughty went online July 24, 2003.
We don't do the "geniune" thing like zoig does, but we do have a way of checking photos so.... we know who is geniune and who's not.
There is as Free stated, a free regular account and a paid VIP account.
