we had a guy pull up to sign the paper and rips it in half and speeds off, it is a class one or a/ felony, 10,000 fine and 3 and a half years in jail for defacing a petition, a person got his plate and his red truck too. sure was a stupid stunt, so far got a 105000 sig. in 4 days
