Best place to relocate to

I've lived in Tucson, many year's, originally from Washington state. Will only go back there to visit. Yes, hot summers, many way's to beat the heat, but mild winters. Virtually no natural disasters as in many parts of the country. Cost of living, below average, which works for me, as I'm a cheap bastard. As anywhere, gotta take the good with the bad. I love Tucson, as many do. When I die, this is where my old dead body will be planted.
