the mcrib is back
just read about it might never eat at mcd's ever again after read a article on shine though ya boo....make me glad about no having one within 40 mile of the compass headings.
they have some nice links too ;like the 10 most disgusting things found in fast food and they talk about hot dogs

Some people love their McD's... Not sure I'd catergorize it as food. My gf loves a Big Mac, which is lettuce, dressing, and two silver dollar disc of meat by product.
I ate there in 2006. I bought, well, what I ordered was a chicken sandwich. What I got.. looked like sponge. I threw it out the window for the birds.
I think their salads, and their breakfast platter hold some merit. I like BK better, and think Wendy's is more better... Example, the chili, at least it is real.

Anyway, Micky-d's prices have gone up too much for the value. I'm done with them. Did you hear, peanut butter, up 20% this week, 40% next? I buy 4 lbs. of powdered milk a month. 6 months ago, 10 dollar's, now, 17. Up 70%. 4 lbs. sugar, 2 months ago, 1.88, now, 2.29. Resteraunts (now correct me kiss. lol), just in my area, 5 closed down, including 1 fast food one. Gee, with inflation, gotta eat, wonder why eateries are closing? The Mcrib? Unless it's free, will never pass these lip's. Me, cheap? Call it what you like, I call it having a brain. I know I have one, had it out playing with it just yesterday. I'm in the "No dine out zone". No, grammer is not my strong suit, (ya think?). Economics, money management, human calculator, me. No, not a genious, just paying attention.

I haven't set foot in a McD's for 3 years. My reasoning isn't the same as either of you. Let me explain...
I walked in one night after a stressful day of classes. I walk up toward the counter, but end up being about the 4th person in line. After I wait nearly 20 miutes to get up to the register, the guy behind the register says, "Hold on. I'll be back in a second." Five minutes later, the idiot isn't back. At least 4 other workers have glanced at me, but not spoken to me nor made any effort to find out if I've been helped. So, I figure my time would be better spent using the men's room. In this particular building, the restrooms are about 40 ft back through a side dining area next to the ordering counter and kitchen. As I round the corner, there's the guy that told me he'd be "back in a second". He's chowing down on a burger while talking to some other teenagers about the pot they smoked the night before. After I finish my business in the restroom, I walk back toward the counter to express my displeasure to the manager. As I get back up to the counter area, there's a family of 4 being helped. I stand there for another 10 miutes, all of which this family is taking their sweet time ordering and then when the cashier totals it up, has a tough time counting the money. By this time, I was fed up and went across the street to Taco Bell.
When I got home, I wrote a complaint e-mail to McDonald's Corporate, to which I got no response, not even an automated response stating that they'd received it. It seems to me that McD's may have served billions, but how many could they have served if people didn't get fed up with poor service or anything else that goes on in those places? I also feel that they don't give a rat's ass about anyone. This is why I will not eat McD's food ever again, and I hope that many more will join me. Believe it or not, this isn't the first incident I've had with a McD's. I know this is getting long, but if anyone wants to read about them, just message me and I'll be more than happy to enlighten you.

Taco Bell is much better. .. Ha.. it was one of my first jobs, when I was 17 and in college. We had a good team of us working at night. Then one day, my roommate and I went to work, there was a new manager. He asked what each letters of TACO BELL meant.
Well, ??????????????????? We might have known if we had been told. We said we could quit right then and there, or be fired and it remain on our permanent record. Our entire crew were let go.
At 17, I wasn't use to dealing with old, enormous Mother Fuk'ing pricks. However, he has been one of many.

well all the prices went up in all of them since the wage went up, mcd's and bk , hardies , i go the for breakfast , and one day i dropped 10 buck with a coupon yet for to egg and sausage biskets and the wife got a Cinnamon and raisin on and coffee ....

Hmmm. That's just wierd. I retired as the boss, and I run into other's who I worked with, (not an under me, attitute). They were my friends then, and still. I was where they were, and was, am, absoutely no different. I had leaned a long time ago, and practiced the "One Minute Manager", we were all happy, looked forward to going to work, and production was always increasing. Everybody had fun. So, not all boss's are'nt cut from the same cloth.

Katie and I walked in and were ambushed. No doubt this is how many companies work to "reorganize". I don't know, unless the numbers represented something negative why this is done? We were young and worked hard. I know we all played by the rules. No hanging outside the back door smoking pot.
Whoever he was, whatever his position, or issues, I do hope he rots in hell.
My last supervisor was the best!!! She was very happy to get me on her team. She saw how hard I worked, and my work was exceptional. The newest on the team, she had me cover her desk when she was out of the office. It is all about respect, trust, and covering each others back, NOT covering our asses and talking behind each others back.

Yes But important as the Mbrib. A lot of boss's forget where they came from, and are power hungry, and hard-nosed, and have something to prove. I was in the trenches, I worked all positions, and always had in mind where I came from. New boss's, a lot of times, will get in there, and make a bunch of changes. With all my experience, I simply stream-lined the process, making jobs earier, increasing production, and from top o bottom, all won, all happy. Add my energenic, happy-go-lucky, just wanna have fun personallity, gee, guess how that affect's the over all mood. True, a number of boss's are prick's, and they may eat at Micky-D's. (on topic there. yuk, yuk, yuk)

is Thousand Island an mayo... got it off the secret recipes web site , they got all that good stuff. and i though mcd's was using kangaroo meat or some big earth worm from down under ...? thought i heard that years ago

no kiss i think it was a rumor's or even something i read or heard in the 80, could of even been a tabloid too the star or inquirer. i think it was back when everone got sick at jack in the box on the west coast. i always tryed to stear clear of mcd's exept when plugged up , eat a big mac . all we got in my neck of the woods is a n w or thew local burger bars...there is a dog in suds in tomahawk yet , closed for the winter im sure dam snow birds lol

well whats the worst mcd's ya ever been in, mine was downtown Milwaukee by Marquette university, i had to pee so bad and walked in the bathroom and all most puked, after that we went to cousin's and a place to get capachino's
