I saw something this week that I wish I hadnt seen too. And the sad part was that you made me look at it! What did I ever do to you?

Yeah so...the silver lining is that my bathtub is sparkling white and fresh now!
For some reason, I had this compulsion to scrub the living hell out of it.

Re: Can't unring a bell
Well...see...I saw this photo, there was a bathtub in the background, and there was definitly some hell living in it.
Don't ask for the link, you can bleach your tub, but your can't bleach your eyes, or bleach the memory from your brain, just can't unring that bell.

Re: Can't unring a bell
This must be a type of can't "unsee" it. Funny, I get that a lot. Really have no idea why.

They are? Does that mean I have to paint it white 'cause it's yellow? Went well with the avocado green appliances this had when new.

Obviously you have never seen my bathtub after my boys have come home from a camping trip and showered or after work and showered. You usually know when it happens and when they don't clean it right away because you can hear me screaming and then the sound of the Comet as it hits the wall when I throw it at them and they duck. The real scary part is thinking that all that crud was on their bodies at some point YUK!!!

Re: Can't unring a bell
Presuming that the person using that tub uses it for the shower, what the hell do they wash off of themselves to get a tub to look like that in the first place? Nuclear sludge? I'm still having nightmares from that one.

Re: Can't unring a bell
There were several distinct scum/soap rings in that tub, I don't think the shower was used.

If we were allowed to post pictures from the internet on here, I could show you so many things you can't unsee...
Like ESPN? Take a good look at the N again. That's right, Boba Fett.

Re: Can't unring a bell
If you meant what do my kids do to get the tub that gross its mostly grease and tar and some paint maybe some fiberglass if they are coming from the track area. Or could be grass or dirt if they were clearing out some of the wooded area or grass stains that go right through there clothes and onto their skin like a tattoo. Then you can add the bar stuff whatever they spill on themselves or whatever they are building, painting, fixing etc..Sometimes they are rebuilding engines from the go-carts or bumper boats..
Ash I remember my dad told us stories that he would go to a house to fix a TV or VCR and it would be gross.(He had a TV/AC repair shop.) He would open up the TV or VCR and it would be filled with roaches. He told them he wont work on them. He also had to be careful he didn't have any on him when he left so they didn't come back to the shop or the house on him. YUK!!!!
