I learned there are computer tricks, where other can do stuff, I could'nt do anyway. All I have is this dumb cell. Something is not working right. All the sudden I can't email pics/vids to others, just the text shows up. Today, on WN, the imoticans don't work (and I love those little critters), and, unable to send naughty notes. Wtf? At this rate, I won't be able to email anywhere ehther, including posting here. And, I after I decided to keep this trouble free cell, this crap happens. Sucks to be me huh? Thx for listening to a grown man cry. Critter, critter, critter. More? Ok. Critter, critter.

Find out if they did an update to your phone. It is sometimes done through the system not through you going in and doing it yourself. You can try a few things ans see if they help. 1) Try to do a manual update On Verizon it would be done by dialing *228 then 1 and doing what it tells you. Then *228 then 2 and do what it tells you. IF that doesn't do it do step 2)You can try shutting your phone off completely for a minute then power it back on. If that doesn't work try step 3) Shut your phone. Take off the battery for about a minute then put it back and power back up. It would be like doing a cold boot on your computer and it sometimes fixes issues.If all else fails go to your cell phone company and bitch like hell!

Thx newbs. I have Tmobile. What you're talking about, is are types of re-sets. Yes, I've done all that a number of times. Since my other phone (dif. #) on my contract is a touch screen, and I have no idea how to even use one of those things (tried 3 dif. ones), I can't even talk on it, to play with this one with customer service, and I have'nt had a land-line in year's, that I need to visit a store, and get the problem resolved. If anyone thinks I'm smart enough to operate a touch screen, well ha ha, you're wrong. But thx for the feed-back.

Ok, I finally got it kiss, you sent me some critter's. Takes a while for things to sink through the ole perves thick scull. Just a "taunt" could have handled that. lol

Hey Chazzy I didn't leave out putting clothes on to go to the store.I would love to be a fly on the wall when he walks in naked and the customer service guy looks up from his key board.Most times they barely pay attention.I bet he would get attention. lol Besides my Mom lives in AZ and she said it has been extremely hot there although they keep promising cooler weather is on the way. Why would anyone want to put clothes on in 100 degree heat.
