Hitachi Magic Wands
Hey, do any of you use them?
I get regular photo shoots with a guy with one of these ... I really MUST buy one ... makes a rabbit feel like a mouse!
Sorry I have posted this in the wrong section, could a moderator move it to the general section for me please?

Re: Hitachi Magic Wands
I know they come under several names and versions. I love that they come in pink or blue or purple .lol The attachments are really nice. I don't know what the one I love is called. Kam could probably tell you being he bought it. I had something like it that was a rechargeable version years ago but I like that this one plugs in. It never runs out of power and is consistent so you don't have to worry about it changing speeds and having to adjust for it as the power drains. It also has a bunch of different speeds.I like that you can take the sleeve over the head of it off to wash it as well.It makes it easy to keep clean I don't think they all have that option. It is much quieter than I would have expected as well. That is a nice feature if you have kids or other people in the house and you don't want them to hear ever time you use it. The head is a soft rubber feeling not a hard plastic as I thought it would be from the picture I saw of it.It is a bit expensive but at least I haven't warn it out like the battery operated toys seem to do after a while.I is definitely one of my favorites.

Re: Hitachi Magic Wands
I have been very tempted by it in the past as I also have a habit of ummm wearing out my battery run toys.
It is an expensive lay out and I guess I have always been a bit confused by the attachments and I know I would want to order a couple at least....so am happy to take any advice on those as it may just make the decision for me for what I want for Christmas this year x

Re: Hitachi Magic Wands
Josie ask Kam to take a picture of the attachment and the wand so you know what we have. Or I will do it for you when I go there in a few weeks. I am going there Nov 4th. I like that the head isn't to wide. Some of them are awkward looking. This is comfortable and works really well. For all the toys I have burned out I could have gotten at least a few of these. He can tell you where he got it as well. It's either the site linked to here (I think that was it. ) or the other one he told you about. I would definitely do some price comparing.I have found that some of the same exact toys vary in price quit a bit from store to store. Just make sure its the same name and model because I understand that is the one that is the best. They have at least 10 different versions including a rechargeable. I have some issue with rechargeable. At some point the don't recharge anymore and the other issues I mentioned earlier.Good luck I hope Santa brings you what you want. I think you have been naughty enough to get it.lol

Its a good multi tool. I got the corded model and a three way attatchment. It drives newbs out of her mind. And feels real good on my back.

Re: Hitachi Magic Wands
The things you can't tell from the picture are,its not a hard plastic at all its a silicone I believe. Its flexible and has part of it textured. It is very comfortable and very easy to use and clean. We use it a lot and has no signs of wear and it's over a year old.I like that we can both use it. I do like when he uses it on me better than myself but I think it's because he has a better angle. They do make several attachments for it that I saw on the website. It's one of the few that seem to have attachments for men as well as women although we don't have any (Yet). As Kam said it is actually a good thing for a massage as well. It has very low setting all the way up to rattle your teeth settings.

Google it Cat. Then click on video. You can find "how to use" and testimonials. Pretty interesting. And if that peaks your interest, look up The Sybian next

Oh the pile of discarded toys! such a sad sight
Was rather pleased yesterday today to get an e-mail from one of the websites that I buy toys from and they have started a reward points scheme for returned broken or unwanted toys. Varying amounts of loyalty points which can be put against future purchases to lower the price...
I am so going through my old stuff this weekend now x

Re: Hitachi Magic Wands
Wondering if the site will give us a commission for the testimonials. lol
I hate when we get a favorite toy and it stops working. I was starting to think it was me because I have had so many stop working. (I swear they have a clock built in with an expiration date and time that shuts them down.)It's not like they are cheap either. That is definitely one reason I love this wand. It seems to be much sturdier than any of the other toys I've come across.I do think in general plug-ins last longer and seem to be built better than the rechargeable or battery operated toys.
I hope you all enjoy it as much as we do.

Something that needs congressional approval? Can we take it for a test ride?
