FOX
Not sure what happened. An hour or so ago the mouthed words aren't matching time with the spoken word.
Started with an ad. It's also in the movie. Didn't know timming in newer movies and ads could be this far off.

Re: FOX
The audio and video are separate. Technically they can actually get in trouble for it being off like that. It is an issue they can fix and should ASAP before they get caught and fined. But you should contact your cable/satellite company or even better the network. You tell the network that the cable company is fucking up their programming they will get it fixed real fast!Tell the advertiser and they will throw a fit as well. Not to mention they don't have to pay for the ad if not run correctly.

Re: FOX
It doesn't matter what network. Chances are that customer service wont do a damn thing about the issue because they just assume its a tech issue and therefore all techs probably know about it and are already on it. I wont go into the technical part of it. But it has to go to someone in engineering or higher up in tech . Not the guys that help customers but the guys that work at the head end where the issue is. The customer service people have no or almost no training on that stuff. Ad sales department wouldn't be happy because it will lose money for them if it is effecting their commercials so you will get a response from them if you can get them on the phone. But you best way to get it fixed fast is to get the network on the phone. They get pissy when cable companies fuck up their programming and regional and national advertising spots. You can get their numbers on line if you want.
I called CBS when our cable company was messing with pulling off the NY affiliate. I happen to live in an area that has a unique issue.I live on the border of NY and Philadelphia regions in the TV world. What that means is they are required to carry certain stations and are also in both advertising regions so if someone buys a Philadelphia area they are on here and if they buy the NY area they are on here as well. They can't legally take off certain networks. So the cable company ran a crawl saying that they were dropping the NY CBS affiliate and I called them. They claimed they could and were doing it. I called the network and with in 5 minutes had the legal department saying "OH HELL NO THEY ARE NOT!". With in 5 more minutes the crawl was off and they didn't drop the station. lol
