service calls
Having previously been the owner/operator of an electrical contracting business, i mad several service calls and did lots of work in peoples' homes. I'm curious to know some of the follwing and hear some stories:
1) have any service people been "hit on" by customers, result?
2) has anyone "hit on" service people, result?
3) stumbled across anything provocative while working in someone's home?
4) has anyone intentionally left something provocative out for someone else to find?

HHmmmm...
Just lets say, my yard guys loves me, and right now I'm getting my yard mowed for free. However, he is a little clingy, and I won't let him touch me when he is sweaty and dirty.
I had brothers come to my house once to do a some work.. Brothers!
And, a few years ago, I had to have my house replumbed. They began on Monday, to be done on Wednesday. I had 6 or 7 men in every room of my house. Plus, I got a surprise visit early on Thursday, to fix my ice maker.

I used to love some of the crazy stories some of out installers and repair guys would tell when they come in from the field at the cable company.My brother many many years ago used to install high end audio video equipment and he also said women were always hitting on him and would go to some amazing lengths to get attention.
When I was in TV Ad sales we had a general rule to always meet clients in a "professional" setting.Never meet at a house. I had a new guy that insisted that we had to meet at his house because he ran his business from his home. I tried talking him into meeting at a nearby restaurant but claimed that would not be possible.So I spoke to my boss and we set up a "If you don't call in in five minutes, I'm calling the police" kind of thing.
I went to the house and the guy answers his door in nothing but a bathrobe. He gives me the excuse he was running late and said he just got out of the shower.I figured he would go get dressed but he tried to have the meeting in this robe which just happens to be slipping open. I finally told him I had to leave and he seemed annoyed but luckily my boss called at that moment and I had my phone on and kept it on and said I had to talk to him so wouldn't hang up until I was out of there.I never went back and notified all the media ad sales people as a warning so they didn't send any of them out there.(We all would do that from time to time if we ran into a crazy client.)

I'm thinking at the normal hourly rate, this must have cost you a fortune KISS!
