Re: yoga
Yoga is great, and you can start with easier poses. It is really beneficial if you are flexible and have a little balance.
Anyway you can video tape your sessions, cuz some can be hysterical to watch?
And, I would really enjoy an update the next few days on how you really feel. I know I've done so many type of workouts, and tend to push myself. I've done so many squats in the past, and was in so much pain I grunted every time I had to sit on the toilet.
I really feel toilets should be taller. I'm 5'7", with heels 5'10'. Toilets are what two feet high?

Re: yoga
I think you're gonna likke the benefits you get from the yoga. It'll limber you up and teach you how to stay that way. In the long run it'll help your balance not only physically, emotionally as well.

Yup, try Home Depot, Lowes or a local plumbing contractor.

Re: yoga
I got to go to Yoga class with Kam last night. I am one of those rare people who really enjoyed working out years ago. Now that I'm unable it frustrates me more than I can say. So it was nice to go to classes with Kam. I did the pilates class and the yoga class.I had to modify or not do some things due to my injuries but at least I was able to do some things and it felt great!
I never did pilates before so that was interesting. I bit like yoga on steroids. The yoga class was very much like I remembered from years ago. I loved yoga it is not only a good work out and great for helping to get more flexible and help with you balance but it is so relaxing.Although it was frustrating to know that years ago I did all they did in the class easily with no effort and now I can't do most things. My flexibility is ridiculously limited compared to what it used to be.
