A chill
Pretty cold in the mornings, but I still sit out on the swing with my first cup. A few hummingbirds are lingering about, but most have migrated on.
Had to invest in a new wood burner this year, the old Ben Franklin just poured out smoke, and was hard to keep going,
Gotta read up and learn to properly use the non-catalytic effiecient new one. Still haven't gotten all the firewood stacked yet.
Perfect night time temps for sleeping with the windows open and just a few trees are showing fall color.
This summer has whipped on by, it's gone.

Re: A chill
OOOOOhhhhh c'mon Free, you can surely pick out at least a mild rant from this...coffee, the prices are outrageous, hummingbird poop, summer is nearly over, gonna be shoveling snow again before ya know it...I know you can find something here to fuel a frothy rant...then I can give you a new nickname, Frothy...

Re: A chill
We've been getting rain daily, sometimes 3 times a day. It helps with the 118' heat index. This week, I actually have not suffocated when opening the door at 7am to 99' temp. and 85% humidity.
Today it was 76'. Do you know what this means???! 70's and below, I get a chill, including goose bumps.

Definition of, "A Chill"...
The feeling you get in a toasty warm bed, while spooning with your significant other, and her ass touches your lap...
