Im looking to get in to the adult industry!!
Hi all this is only my 2nd or 3rd time posting on here even though i've been a member for a while now. I'm 32 and live in the south east of england, ive always wanted to get in to he adult vid industry but never had the guts to do it....is it too late who knows!!

How do you plan on going about this? It seems that now, with webcams on every laptop, every phone, that the adult industry has changed allot since the earlier days of porn stars...it seems now that every is, or can be a porn star with little effort at all.
In the past few years, the surging field of camgirls has dropped dramatically, a flooded market makes it difficult for a camgirl to make easy money, anymore they have to work long hours, resort to scamming and trolling all over the net for a few customers who are willing to pay for something they can find for free on other ametuer sites.
Do you plan on just making ameteur videos? There's allot of ameteur photo video sites with a sizeable couples membership that go live, or upload videos for free viewing, I'm just not sure how profitable this career choice would be?

Regardless of the state of the industry, there's one thing you need to realize. The industry is completely sexist and not in the way you might be thinking... If you manage to get on the set of a porn movie, the women gets top billing and top dollar. A woman in the industry makes between 1000 and 3000 per movie, while the guy can make between 150 and 300 bucks per flick. Why so low? The porn movie industry is based on mostly sales by men. It's not to say that you can't make very much in the industry, but don't think it's better than your day job. There are some who make more, the gay pornos for instance, making between 200 and 400 per flick, but nothing like the women make. There are some top players who tip the scales at the highest rates 1000 to 1500 per, but they are a pornos household name (Peter North, John Von Dong, etc,..) and they worked hard for their titles...

Ditto GG. Also there are things many men don't realize. Its not like you go and have fun. You are directed what to do in front of MANY people and the men need to get hard, stay hard and cum on demand doing what they are told not what you want to do in front of everyone who is watching. You are a number it is not about you so if you think it is about getting to fuck the hot porn stars it isn't like that.Can you get hard when you have a bunch of people standing around saying " When is lunch?".Not exactly the sexy image of what most have in their mind. Men do make more in gay porn. Again it isn't a great industry.It's not what people think. It is a BUSINESS. They don't give a fuck about you.They don't have the same rules as an office. You can't go to human resources if you don't like the way you boss or coworker treat you. It's also a very short lived business if you get in. I hate to tell you but at your age you are past the prime and that lowers your pay and your life span in the industry as well.

I did webcam/ phone sex work for awhile, back when there were still some companies with a business ethic.
At the time I worked, women with a gimmick were the top earners, women who would use extreme large item penetration, needle piercing, etc...Bottom of the earnings list would be hetero couples and hetero men.
Moving up on the earnings list steadily, solo men for bi-curious men.
