As the sun comes down
and the moon starts to rise
my heart begins to pound
and I come alive like never before
Filled with common stranger
that always wander into my shores
my mouth starts to water
anticipating what the night has in store
together and alone
young and old
they all come for some
of what humans will never have enough
jubilant they enter the nearest club
drinking vodka and tequila
dancing to the standard tone
they search for the perfect form
but the night is young
and my shores are rough
so beware, you, lonely soul
of that you might stumble upon
my unforgiving shores.
