MB's
Thought I'd throw this out in Gen. D's. All my interenet is via cell. My carrier, has merged with AT&T. I'm now getting text's that my max. MB's had been used, and they want me to upgrade, again. Never had a problem with this before, and internet is fast enough now. I have 3 devices on my contract, and have spent a load of bucks to maintain them over the last 6 years+, and in my opinion, since the merger, they are just trying to milk more money from me, as the devices I use, work the same regardless of the MB alert. Not gonna upgrade. The end of next month, getting a new, even more state-of-the art, 4g device. Friends, do you believe more MB's at this point, is really necessary, when all is working fine now? Btw, the device I'm talking about, was told by 2 separate reps., were equal to a laptop. So, whatcha think? Thx for your input. (Maybe they hacked my bank account, and just because I can, does'nt mean they know how cheap I am. Cheap=bank account. lol)

Re: MB's
That's what I'm talking about Chazzy. T-Mobile all the sudden thinks they can sell me anything. All they need to do, is check thier records, and see how many times I've said no. AT&T does'nt get it yet, I have a brain, I'm not just another hot body. Which reminds me, I will go to hell for lying. lol Will just put all thier sales offers/tactics on hold, till I get the new Blackberry 9900 up and rolling before I part with any other upgrades. I've had Nokia and Samsung, never hae a Blackberry. Can anyone enlighten me on them? This one I'm getting is supposed to be top of the line.

Re: MB's
If you upgrade you are better to go with an Android or Iphone. I personally like the Android.READ your contract they have made some very serious changes that the sales people don't tell you. Also prices on line and in the store are not all the same. You can buy or get the phones several ways shop for the best deal. 1 Online at their website. 2. In their store. 3. Call their cust. service/sales department. 4 Another authorized dealer examples: Walmart, Radio Shack, Costco , Mall Kiosk (Independent)
Although they might work for the same company they all offer different deals. Most times I find the worst deals are in the stores but not always.
Shop well they all offer different deals and contracts. They all LIE so read carefully. They can ALL negotiate so don't believe them when they say they can't. Just get a different person if they wont deal.
Everyone that I know that had a Blackberry has switched to an Android or Iphone. The industry is just more Android and Iphone friendly and ATT just announced they are getting Iphone.I personally feel you get more for your money with Android although Apple puts out a great product.

Re: MB's
Going next week to the store, to check out the Blackberry 9900. It is a touch-screen, and a separate keyboard that I'm used to. I'll play with it, see how it feels, before I make up my mind. May choose something else. Will be my 7th year, new 2 year contract, and because I'm so cheap, my favorite part, FREE upgraded device. Cool huh?

Re: MB's
Careful they made some major yet sneaky changes about data and Internet use. Also was reading a bunch of stuff and the Androids are taking over and coming down in price. Expect to be as cheap as $79 with NO contract to lock you in by December.I can say from experience being two of my kids have iPhones that they do almost all the same things. Each has things that outshine each other.I think blackberries are going away fast. Every tech I know has tossed them away. They have Androids with full keyboards and touchscreen. Mine has both.

Re: MB's
Thx Newbs. Maybe I need to do more research. Someone elst told Blackberrys somehow charge more for internet. On the other hand, my carrier has me grandfathered in at a very low rate now. So, I'll ask questions, wiegh my options. Thx again. Btw, did I.....perhaps? Never mind.
