uh-oh
Well, I do believe that I just might be entering into a stage of post-pain euphoria, ya know...when it feels so good not to feel so bad anymore?
I'm holding such hope that I could possibly, once again, be that spunky squirrel of a girl that some of you might remember me as?

Re: uh-oh
NO PAIN? I can't remember that feeling. Can I live vicariously through you for just a few moments?
Glad to hear your feeling better.

Re: uh-oh
Just mild discomfort now, I'm still gonna try to take it slow and make sure the insides heal properly.
Yep Free, I'd say the past three years or so were pretty tough, the one thing about it I haven't told anyone here till now, is that I had to deal with one of the scariest, creepiest stalkers ever(yes it was a pair of them) One of them did pass away, and it's been quiet for awhile now, but as long as the other one is living, I'll never be sure it's really over. Gawd, people are just nuts!

Otoh, I'm scared. Chazzy more spunky than usual. I don't know if I'll be able to keep up! However, glad you are feeling better. I hate pain!!

Re: uh-oh
Thank you so much, I am a new woman right now, the pain was so bad, it reached such an unbearable level that during my first apointment with the new doctor, all I could do is utter rather frantically..
"I don't know what "it" is, I don't care what "it" is, I just want "it" out of me now now right now"
Free, I'll tell you a little more about the pair of stalkers later, I can tell you that my last thought at night in bed were thoughts of whether or not, to defend myself or save my own life, would I be able to kill another human? I kept a big ole filet knife, a big can of professional grade mace on the night stand, a cell phone in my hand and the bedroom door locked.

Re: uh-oh
It's been quiet for quite awhile now, but then again, this pair are from my past, way way back...and they decided to reappear.
I'll write you a summary note, it would make a thrilling suspense screenplay actually...

Re: uh-oh
OMG Chazzy. My niece is going through that crap right now. She has the Bank security staff escort her in and out of work, to and from work, follow her all around town. They even paid for the restraining order from court. The judge classified this nut case as a "serious stalker". There is no reason for that kind of crap of anyone.

Re: uh-oh
I have a restraining order against my crazy e- husband . He stalked me and even came into a house and walked into the bedroom and beat the crap out of me. It's not a joke. The restraining order doesn't stop them. You have to find the thing that scares them enough to stop them. He has left death threats and even threatened me with hurting and taking my children when they were smaller. He even showed my kids a riffle when when they were little and my daughter had to go in front of a judge at about 3 or 4 years old to tell him about it. It sucks and these guys are crazy! It's a horrible thing. I had one other in my life that stalked me as well but not as bad.
Get as far away from that person as you can. The police can't always help. In many cases when they have a restraining order and it is a ex-spouse they tend to ignore them too. Not in my case but it happens.
When you are out at a club and turn around to see him there and then he walks over and grabs you and threatens you it scares the hell out of you. It's a feeling that is hard to explain, never knowing when he will show up.I wish the courts took these more seriously and locked these guys up.

Oh lawd! That's just horrible! I sure hope ya'all can see this through and it ends soon.
What are the stats? I think it's 1 in 3 women have been, are being, or will be abused by their SO, don't know what the stats are on women being stalked...but doodes, sometimes your persistance in expressing your feelings for us can be romantically sweet like a Matthew McConaughey romantic comedy and sometimes ya just scare the crap out of us.
