Mob Week On AMC
I have seen The Godfather movies soo many times that I can recite the lines. I have all of them on DVD. So why, when theyre on television, all cut and edited, do I still sit and watch them from start to finish?

I used to watch those on the weekends and I came to a realization. The Chinese language causes its people to talk way too much... If not, then why is it when they talk to each other they spend five minutes talking and the only word that comes out on the English translator is the word, "Right!"...

Because every time you think you're out, they pull you back in!

Hey? I never thought about it that way!
Its sad that that scene was the best part of that whole movie. When I heard they were making it, I couldnt wait for it to come out. When it came out you could hear the thud when it tanked

Re: Mob Week On AMC
Most people do the exact same thing. I bet most of us have seem Gone with the Wind, It's a wonderful life and The wizard of Oz enough times to play all the parts. Most of us have them on DVD yet we still watch them when they come on TV. The comedians have done jokes about it for years but I have never read anything that said they did studies as to why. I will have to look it up. I bet because , for one thing it's not that we go around thinking about them. Then when they catch our interest we are to lazy to get out the DVD even when we know it it uncut and has no interruptions.
