strange laws of your state....
i saw a story on the news the other day that made me wonder what other odd laws are out there...
the story was about a man that was fined for illegally feeding birds in his back yard. apparently the city he lives in has an ordinance that requires bird feeders to be placed at least five feet above the ground. he's throwing bread crumbs out on the ground, and attracting flocks of ducks and geese to his back yard, "creating a public nuisance" and the neighbors are complaining of the smell and noise.
here's a partial list of strange Minnesota laws:
-It is illegal to stand around any building without a good reason to be there.
-A person may not cross state lines with a duck atop his head.
-It is illegal to sleep naked. (GUILTY!  )
-All men driving motorcycles must wear shirts.
-Citizens may not enter Wisconsin with a chicken on their head.
- Oral sex is prohibited. (GUILTY  )
-All bathtubs must have feet.

But is it OK for women driving motorcycles to be topless????  I hope so...

 DAMMIT, can anyone actually believe, they have real laws in Arizona, that state, you can't go around naked. What the hell is that all about? Someone will be hearing from my attorney.
