Hmmmmmm....think about it
Ran across this question this morning...
What would happen if I hired two private investigators to follow each other?

You'd get a bill for $10000 for the two of them sitting in a coffee shop for a week.

Re: Hmmmmmm....think about it
Well that would be disapointing and pricey, I think I would review Angies list before hiring them.
If a person owns a piece of land, do they own it all the way down to the center of the earth?
If I'm picturing it right, the closer you get to the center of the earth, the land would start overlaping or come to a finite point right in the center.

Most of the time I think that's a no. Most people don't go into stating they own the mineral, oil and gas rights to said property. Just the land.

If heat rises, would'nt the center of the planet be freezing? And again, would'nt heaven be hotter than hell?

Re: Hmmmmmm....think about it
You know being a private detective isn't all that glamorous as they portray it in movies and such. You really spend a lot of days and weeks sitting in the cars or vans you drive, waiting for your perps to come out or even go somewhere. Imagine there's a private eye following you on the doldrums of your days. How often do you leave the house? Do you even leave the property? Imagine someone sitting in a car waiting for the day you leave to go anywhere. No, that's not glamorous at all...

So true, GG. I've had to hire many PI's for work, and their hours vary to get good footage. They sit in hot car all day. Tony was one of my favorite, and I was one of his because I gave him allot of work. He couldn't wait to meet me. He worked for himself and really liked his job. He was always happy when he could give me what I needed but the intense gun and car chasing stories were few.

Re: Hmmmmmm....think about it
I had a client who was a private detective, not the most exciting job from what he told me. I also dated a guy that did it on occasion ,not full time. He did certain types of cases so it was a bit better but still no high speed chases and gun fights.
The best was that I have them follow me on occasion.Because I am on permanent disability the insurance company has them follow me on occasion. It was a bit unnerving at first and made me uncomfortable but doesn't bother me to much anymore. I just hate that they freak out my kids.I got to see one of the reports when I took them to court on something.
I actually felt bad for the guy who had to follow me. It said things like :Arrived at address at 7am on Date xxx no activity until 4pm.Target leaves home and gets in mini van in drivers seat. Her three children accompanied her to address XXXXXXX where the boys got out and joined a boy-scout troop. They did some type of clean up in the wooded area for the next 4 hours while target sat in her van and read a book with the seat reclined until the boys returned. She went home and inside the home. Didn't come back out for the rest of the surveillance time period of 3 days.
Poor guy,I would not want to follow me, I'm boring.lol

No shit. I thought about this when I read read them. It also could be a deterrent for anyone that thinks about going into this field of work. Not exactly what you see in the movies.lol
You are absolutely correct Free. There was one great thing. I didn't need a sleeping pill the night I read the reports.
