Re: How to handle an angry drunk
Could really be true. As a former drunk, could've tested that theory. Just a little skeptical. Just saying. Will shut up now, before I get started babbling about things I know nothing about. You're all welcome.

I use to just wait until he passed out. The next day he always wondered where the bruises came from. I told him he fell down.. over and over again?

A spoon of coffee with a few drops of lemon juice can work wonders too, you want to go to the bathroom so badly you sober up in seconds

Re: How to handle an angry drunk
I might have to pass that on to the Sea Side police department. They have a record breaking number of people this year and with that a record breaking number of problems. Many residents are trying to blame it on the show Jersey Shore and the fact that people are staying closer to home and driving to the Shore rather than flying away somewhere due to the economy. All I know is it's bad. If there is anything that can help I am sure they would love to know about it.

Re: How to handle an angry drunk
After decades in clubs,,,,rather than list them all, this is where sarcasm comes in.....I used it all the time but only when needed..In the early days hecklers, mean people made me nervous, then I went through a long stretch where I just ignored them..then for about the last 15 years I thought" You know, I don't go to where YOU work and holler at you!"...so, I had a come back for most anything anyone said, some subtle...some time released replies at least to the drunk..the more sane would laugh and the drunk would give the RCA dog look....tilted head, whaaaaaa?
