New Menu Items
New sandwiches I'm thinking of putting on the menu:
The Hothands: Two beer-steamed bratwurst on a Semmel hard roll topprd with Dusseldorf spicy brown mustard, diced purple onions, german potato salad, and slicced kosher dills.
The Chazzy: Something snazzy--grilled beef tenderloin on a fresh baguette with fresh garlic mayo, sliced roma tomatoes, shredded romaine lettuce, sliced vidalia onions, a touch of champagne vinegar, course ground black pepper, and topped with smoked gouda cheese.
The Pepper: An extra large muffaletta bun heaped with shaved mounds of tender smoky turkey breast layered with pepper jack cheese and topped with shredded iceberg, sliced tomatoes, and remoulade sauce.
The Kbateman: A large pocket pita filled with grilled lamb and pork, feta cheese crumbles, kalamata olives, pickled red onions, diced Italian plum tomatoes, and drizzled with red pepper yogurt.
The Curiousgirl: Thinly sliced roast beef glazed with chili sauce on sour dough with melted provolone and fresh horseradish. Served with a side of au jus.
The Boredcountryboy: A thick slab of smoked ham on marbled rye with baby swiss and chipotle mayo.
The Blaze24: A hunk of hickory smoked butt on a seeded kaiser roll with sweet cole slaw and tangy bbq sauce.
The Absix: An ordinary meatball.

Re: New Menu Items
The au jus is a nice touch. There does tend to be quite a bit of juice when having me for lunch.

Not much else I can think of to do with them--you have any ideas?
BTW almost forgot,
The Leviathon4u: Two sandwichwes meant to be served as a pair. The first: garlic, pepper, and sea salt-crusted grilled tuna on an onion roll with endive and sweet pickles. The second: steamed eel and rice with boiled eggs wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla, sprikled with soy sauce and powdered wasabi.

Damn that would be a lot of jello. I could come fix you a sandwich, but excuse me if I thought of something else to eat for myself.

Pudding is great, but I think it'll have to be jello; I've always been a fan of watching it wiggle.

Tried to make a sandwich for the regulars and all that I've interacted with here. As far as your sandwich, the tuna is really great, as I have had it; the other well, had to come up with something Californiay--maybe should have just said sushi in a wrap!

Not a breakfast person, so I'll have the Chazzy for lunch and the Pepper for dinner. Maybe a little of both for a midnight snack.
