What would you give up?
This comes from a poll featured on a few morning news shows.
It's a variation, cuz I don't remember the exact poll question.
If you had to give up one thing from the following list, which would it be?
Cable/Satellite TV
Cell Phone
Internet
Easy choice for me, definitely cell phone.

Easy - cell phone. Don't even have a personal phone, only work.
No desire to be contactable 24/7.

Re: What would you give up?
Of the three, it'd be cable.
There's many other things that would go first had I had those for options. Cann't mention most of 'em here though.

Re: What would you give up?
TV is by far the easiest thing to give up completely. I only really watch DVDs of TV shows and movies I like and catch everything else including the News via my computer anyway.

Re: What would you give up?
OK I would say I would give up the cable and satellite company but I would be cheating a bit. I would just watch everything on my computer or cell. That is the way everything is going anyway. Hey my entire family makes there living in TV I can't say I would give it up completely. There is cross over to Cell and Computers now as well. They all intertwine.

If ya was in North Jersey, ya wouldn't need cable or satellite. So many stations on regualr airwaves up there.

Re: What would you give up?
It wouldn't matter if I were in North Jersey being most things I watch are on Cable networks and that's the programming that most of the family is involved with.As I said it's all crossing into online and cell phones these days so not much of an issue anymore I was thinking of going strictly online. I can watch almost everything but it just isn't as convenient as just changing the channel. I would also need to rewire and make certain things wireless that are not wireless in my house yet. So it's just being lazy at the moment that keeps me paying the cable bill for the most part. That and having to get my kid to wire everything up.
