First !
We've all seen it in the media, a movie premier, a new phone or gadget, a new gaming system and people camp out to be the first. (Most recently, the new Harry Potter movie)
Is there anything, if you really search your mind, is there anything at all that would make you camp out all night to be first or to make sure you got yours?
Concert tickets, sports tickets, movie, gadget, anything?

Nothing like things you mentioned, only when coducting business, like first at the bank. But mainly just try tn do life in an orderlly, and organized fashion, where I don't need to hurry to be first, just ahead of the game. Another may be, that if I have to be somewhere at a certain time, I'm always early. All this cuts down on stress. But I do realize this is not the kind of reply you seek, so I'll shut up now.

I don't think I would. I even once stood in line for lumber to board up my windows for a hurricane, got tired of it and opted to be at home and have my coffee.

Basically, I always prepare for eveything ahead of time. Makes life easier, simpler, far less stressful. Stress kill's, and why hurry it up?

I once camped out in front of this girls parents house, so I could be the first to tell her that I wanted to see her again. Her mother thought I was sweet, but her father didn't like me.    Go figure...

I absolutely hate waiting in line for anything. It drives me crazy!I can't think of anything I would do that for. I would rather do with out.I have had to wait in lines for things like bracelets to get tickets to a concert but I am usually the last to get in line.I figure if it's meant to be I'll get it. To be honest I am rarely on time for anything. I always intend to be , but it just never works out right for me.
I was even late to my own wedding. However I was on time for my divorce!That should speak volumes.lol
I just think by doing the camping out on line just feeds into the whole ridiculousness of it all. I hope that most people understand that marketing and advertising people love when when you guys do these things. There are many things that are "Created". Like shortages of certain toys, or limited release movies so that it creates a "call to action" situation. That just means that now that the company has created buzz and a shortage the public will react but rushing out to get that product or stand on line for that show.I refuse to be a part of that.

I think I'd give up my time to be first in line to the voyeurism event of the century -- Freensleazy fulfilling all his female followers wildest desires, here on Web Naughty. I mean, the guy's gonna at least need help answering his phone while he's busy. LOL. Course the truth to what I tell them all that call, only The Shadow knows!

I've camped outside a videogames store to buy the expansion of World of Warcraft. That was 4-5 years ago, I didn't camp out for the latest expansion, I had pre-ordered it
