I agree. I think sometimes we try to hold on to our past until someone pry's us away. But in reality I know I am very happy in my present. I really have never been someone who worried about my age or hid it.I enjoyed my past but would never want to go back.I also look forward to my future although I have to admit I worry about the future for our children and their children.

Yeah, i agree OOMG, acceptance gives u a sense of liberation. U hav to make the most of what u hav and appreciate the little things. I always tell myself thers always someone a lot worse of than myself so i should appreciate what i have.

It's not that I needed to be a better person. At least in my opinion. It will make my life more relaxed though.

Liberated boobies!!!
Anytime I'm going somewhere, attending an event of some sort where I feel I really have to wear a bra....the first thing I do as soon as I come back in my front door is get that thing off of me, even before I kick off my shoes.
