What company
Is the worst work experience for you. I only worked 2 jobs so for and abercrombie was the worst. After 3 weeks they said that i needed to change my clothes to where my shirt was at my waist. 6FT tall 250lbs umm they don't make it my size. So I find the shirt and they where tight on me and only got 1-3 wears out of them. and it cost me me to work there.
also they think for a guy in winter wearing a scarf is an accessory when when working the back room..... yea i still wore it and I'd tell I have asthma and its cold I'm wearing it.
Also the appearance they want you to keep way to strict and hair cuts were 15 bucks round this time not to mention phone bill and not enough hours.
That's the worst for me what about you?

I remember one of my first jobs while in high school, a small privately owned diner/fast food place. The owner had picked the patterns and personally stitched and sewed the most uncomfortable, gawd awful uniforms for her staff.

I can't say the companies I worked for were all that bad but I have had 3 really bad bosses in my life time.One was just a perverted ass. I was 16 working at Merrill Lynch during the day and modeling part time.There was 1 other person in our department that was a model and for some reason this guy thought he could fuck with us. The other person was a Bi sexual guy and this boss would always make comments when he thought no one else could hear him. I was only 16 at the time this guy was probably in his late thirties or early forties.He used to corner me in this little area of the wire room called Retrievals, because it was dark and only one way out. One day he pined me against the wall and I just said "I might be young but I'm not naive or stupid. If you don't back the fuck off me and never touch me again I will kick you square in the balls and they will be calling you lefty for another reason" (His nick name was Lefty). He didn't stop the comments but he never cornered me again.lol
One boss was a women who just never should have been a manager. She was always stealing accounts and just never used her staff to there fullest because she didn't understand how much talent she had and that everybody had different strengths that could have been one of the best Ad sales teams in the business. We all left and she got fired.
The other was a boss who was just weird. She was so far out there that she was almost like a robot.She never smiled, never had a nice thing to say, would ask the strangest questions. We would pray that she never had contact with our clients.On the rare occasion she did we would always try to warn them if we could or apologize after if we couldn't warn them first.We actually had clients who said to make it official that she is never to contact them or they would cancel their accounts.I think they finally fired her.

Most large companies I've worked for, when it came to employer/employee policies, tactics, strategies, and methods are clearly outlined in any common high school sociology text book.

I am Jewish and find that sad. My kids have a group of Hasidic come to where they work and also play into every stereo type and it bothers me so much. I swear one day I will tell the head Rabbi that It's not me who is the bad Jew here.They should look in the mirror. (They consider me a bad Jew for not being Hasidic.)
I guess you can find bad in any group and the bad always seem to stand out the most.
GG they tell my kids they are antisemitic when ever they tell one of them to follow the rules of the park (and sometimes its not just a rule but state law).My oldest son keeps telling them he isn't antisemitic he is Jewish. It's just that he can't stand ignorant morons that think they don't have to worry about anyone but themselves.

i seen alot of that happen i even see some christian curse other ppl saying they'll go to hell for not believing in god or being in the wrong religion. i just look at them and ask "have you ever read the bible. im pretty sure it says not to dishonor another's beliefs." they're sick ppl in everywhere saddly.
reminds me at my store this guy was nice but always kept saying i should go to church i personally have mix views on that like y once a week and why a church. but ya jobs let us see alot of different type of ppl

They gave me most of the ideas. I would have been happy with the new wardrobe...
I was remembering something the other day about the cave. I call the upstairs where I spent most of time the cave, because of the darkness and coolness of the stock room. There were florescent hanging about everywhere, but only a few even worked. It wasn't until you made it down to the front wall could you even see with help from the sunshine. I once asked her for new bulbs for the fixtures, but all I got was a miner's hat with a headlamp and I had to buy the batteries!...

I have to say most times the bosses that are really bad wind up hanging themselves. As the saying goes "Give them enough rope...." I had one boss who started out really bad.She wouldn't let anyone put anything personal in their offices or on their desks. She would say things like. "You guys can make more money if you worked nights and weekends too."(We were in sales and really worked when ever we wanted to for the most part)She was so cold and hated any and everything about children.
When she finally got married and had a baby she became one of those people that carried a 100 pictures of her kid, brought the baby in for everyone to see. Had the babies picture up all over her office. We just had to laugh at the change in her.She really wasn't a bad person. She was just very driven until she realized there is more to life than numbers and commission checks.She is really good at what she does. She only needed to soften up a bit.

i think the worst one i have applied for was best buy a few years back with there phone interview and push one or 2 stuff and just got a grilling over taking stuff and it got so nit picky over if a costumer walked out the door with a pen off the desk or some thing . i kinda felt like i was degraded over it or something and it wasn't very fair on my job skills and didn't even ask about them. i mean what kinda crap is this , cant get in even for a interview with a live person/ it wasn't a fair test of what i could of done for them . I'm glad i hung up and said screw that.
just plain degrading. the wife said she got the same treatment over a pen in a interview at Kmart over not handing the gal the application and the pen at the same time and came right out and accused her of trying to steel a pen lol

I always thought that the worst job ever, would be in a Saran wrap factory....five minutes in my kitchen with that stuff can drive me to the edge of severe frustration.

I would be the ass that tells her she can have it back, if I'm satisfied with the interview process.

When it comes to bosses i hate when they say, "you do nothing, you don't work hard enough" etc and im like i can barely get up off the floor what do you want, for me to die? i'd like to c some 1 try to fire me on that cuz i'll say show my the evidence. and if they can't bring it up its wrongful termination and they could get a law suite. (i need to double check the law in NJ about that)

ya nestles pulled that on my back in the 70' , telling me that i can't keep up with production which was BS ,i could go faster then the dammm machine could spit out hot coco mix and pick up 6 and stick em in a box and set on the belt to get cased ......i was getting into the union was the problem and was the real reason they canned me after 5 month.....
