Do You YouTube?
When I write a new song, I shamelessly pull out the camcorder and record a cheezy video of me playing it and put it up on youtube. And many weekend nights I sit and dig up videos of old songs. I started by looking for videos made in the early days of MTV but soon found out that you can find videos for just about any song you can think of.
I've also used it for finding video tutorials of things like how to use various software programs, electronics and appliance repairs and home improvement projects. Its amazing what's posted there.
This morning I see on the news that teens are making videos of them selves jumping off bridges and posting them as a challenge to other kids to do something equally or more stupid and dangerous. And also women taping their home pregnancy tests.
So I figured I's ask you guys if you watch or post on YT.

Re: Do You YouTube?
Well, you personally already know the answer to this question. Through the day, certain music notes or songs will pop into my head. I then view them on youtube. For example, Robbie Robertson, Crazy River, or Big Sky. And, older groups from the 60' and 70's. I like to see interviews, and I learned how to fix my toilet. I found my girlfriend's kids on youtube. That was awesome.
It is great entertainment, way to share info, or learn. I pulled up the Arabic language to see what my dad could remember, and pictures of his homeland. However, like everything, people find ways to abuse it.

Re: Do You YouTube?
Allot of silly kid stuff on there, challenges are coming fast. The most well known challenge is the planking, uploading vids of yourself laying flat out like a wood plank in famously recognizable or just weird places.
The latest utube challenge I've run across is "coning"...making a vid of yourself going through a fast food drive up, ordering an ice cream cone, then when picking it up at the window, grabbing it from the employee by the ice cream instead of the cone.
Yeah, I don't get it either, sounds boring and silly, and I've seen enough of kids skateboarding, jumping, and all that.
Parkour however, can be pretty cool.
