I saw that story a few days ago . I love that. It takes a lot of work but being someone that just went through a nightmare refinance and got screwed a bit by the company I can't say I'm not tempted to go for this. I give these guys credit.
Maybe we should all start turning the tables on companies and agencies that have been getting carried away and abusing us in many ways.Things have been one sided for to long. Wouldn't it be great if we could get something back from an insurance company that raised YOUR rates because they are finally having to pay out claims somewhere else in the country after collecting for years from home-owners.Now that would be justice.
I applaud these people for their conviction and intelligence. FYI There was a bit more to the story. The reason these people won had something to do with the fact that the bank also didn't follow the law about answering certain things on time and well as filing certain papers and disclosing things.Most people wouldn't know that the law says the bank is required to do these things unless your a lawyer so its a bit unfair to the general public.

That is classic. Just the kind of thing that I would do/have done, just because it amuses me, and makes a point at the same time. Without going into detail, just got called to jury duty, again, have my own unique way of getting out of it, screw with them a little, and have fun with it. Kudos to the people who messed with the "big boy's", and won. Makes me all warm and fuzzy inside.
