Some will offer you different advice here, I would listen to all and make up your own mind.
I personally do not believe that cousins or any relatives should engage in sexual behavior, with an estiamated 7 billion people on the planet, there's plenty that aren't related to you.
I gotta say, if he just realized he's gay , and he's a virgin, you don't mention his age, or if by virgin you mean gay virgin or never had any sex virgin. I would think pressuring or seducing him isn't a great idea right now. Give him a little time to settle in and accept his "gayness" At least, a little time.
Anyway, this is coming from a straight woman, I'm sure and I hope you'll also here from bi and gay men on this.
