Have ever been surprised?
I pride myself in being highly perceptive, and reading others like a book. I don't try, it just happens. On to the question. After knowing another person, no matter how, or why, perhaps for years, and learn they are gay , or bi? Not judging, just asking. It's happened to me, more times than I care to admit, and could knock me over with a feather. "How could I have not known?" Still perfectly ok with me, just surprised. And no, I don't expect meeting others and they say "Hi, my name is xxx, and I'm gay /bi", nor do I think anyone should wear a sign, as I don't have one that says "I'm str8". That'd just be stupid huh? Responses plz?

Re: Have ever been surprised?
My gay friends, never a doubt. Most bisexuals I know, not surprised either since being bisexual has become a common and open thing.

Re: Have ever been surprised?
Could it be a sociatal change, like people being more adventurous, and finding it's not too bad? Or, is it just more accepted, and people are more open, as the norm? What's the fact, and your opinion plz.

Re: Have ever been surprised?
I think the internet has spurred us to live outside our own heads a bit, we can explore our thoughts with countless focused websites.
At one time, the hottest trend was gangbangs / group sex , then bisexual women wanting to hook up , and couples wanting a female third. Bisexual men are the strongest and current trend. Although, I have seen a recent upsurge of couples looking for bisexual females . At one time way back, hetero was the majority.
I will mention that any bicurious /bisexual/ gay men keep an eye open for ZOIGG, it's not up and running yet but this newest site will be like ZOIG, only for gays.

Re: Have ever been surprised?
It is not something I think about. Oh, there was a couple of times when I relatively young, nineteen. I waitressed at the Hilton in Gainesville. As I walked through the kitchen at night, all the men were in various corners of the kithen making out. My understanding, these guys married, some dating. I hung out with two guys who were totally straight.
The biggest surprise for me came when I realized one day, the 6' 6" woman, with the mile long bra I could see under the sheer peach blouse, was really a man.
And as far as gay , at my 20 year class reunion, I was told Rusty came out, he is gay . My reply was "Who cares". They continued to repeat, we at least he came out. Again, "who cares". It did not change my view or friendship with him. At our 30th class reunion, Debbie brought Angie as her date. They were both a blast! I'd spend more time with them, over some of the uptight bitches I had to deal with.

Kiss, you really should stop sugar coating things and say what you really feel. Youre going to get an ulcer.
