Richard Pryor's job interview to be a janitor.
On a trivial note, Belushi actually cut Buck Henry with that sword.

Re: "Saturday Night Live" favorite moments and characters
Wow....I try to think of a favorite and can't..I know Richard Pryor in the "Exorcist" parody was hilarious. I always thought Bill Murray as the Lounge Singer was great, he singing the star wars theme, "Star wars, nothing but,,Star wars, not near but Far warssss, bringin me dowwwwwn."...looking so shit eating grinningly suave. The "Loud Family"..I'm more a fan of the early days, but like them all.. Eddie Murphy doing James Brown singing "Hot Tub", SO well done and funny. I guess I can't pick...every group as people came and went had their greats...I mean Church Chat was hilarious, watching the guests try SO HARD not to laugh..

Oh yeah, "Church Chat" was great. I also remember a Billy Crystal charactor that "Hate it when that happens"
Steve Martin's King Tut, that was good stuff too.

Re: "Saturday Night Live" favorite moments and characters
I've loved the "the barry gibb talkshow" sketch, don't remember the name of the actors who did the sketch, but it was funny. Barry can't take a joke because he'll turn into somekind of psicopath, and his brother robin, wont say a thing more than "I don't know".

Re: "Saturday Night Live" favorite moments and characters
I just watched the "Gumby Christmas Special" which I have recorded..again one of so many to choose from but it's so good. Murphy as Gumby is enough, but Piscapo as Sinatra singing a cartoon theme medley is hilarious, then he breaks into Christmas carols...He starts "Silent Night", very solemn yet Sinatra like, but then the music stops and breaks into the "Mack the knife" style beat..and he takes off, silent night swing style.."About this virgin chick-ah, she had a kid, he turned out to be famous, you all know what he did"....and on and on..

Don't get the show over here but I for one will never forgive them for inflicting Adam Sandler on an unsuspecting planet...

Re: "Saturday Night Live" favorite moments and characters
I know some of the skits were on going like the Loud Family...Todd and Lisa Lupner....but if anyone saw Eddie Murphy do James Brown in shiny gold bikini underwear, singing "Hot Tub"...it was classic. If not I hope you get a chance..He was so funny.
