ain't it the truth...?
a politician was on his campaign tour, he decided to stop and give a speech on an Indian Reservation. his speech was a success (or so he thought). with each campaign promise he gave, the crowd shouted "hoowanga". it started out quietly, but with each passing promise, it got louder and louder..."hoowanga"..."HOOWANGA!!"... "HOOWANGA!!"... "HOOWANGA!!!!".
after the speech, the politician asked his aide what hoowanga meant. the aide said that he didn't know, but with the way they got more and more excited, it must be something good!
after they ate dinner with the tribe, the politician asked the Chief if he could walk through the pasture and check out the livestock. (he was, after all, born and raised on a farm).
the Chief replied "sure, but be careful not to step in...HOOWANGA!
